Hydraulic hinge 165
This item worked pretty well for me. Unfortunately it wasn't an exact fit into the custom made medicine cabinet door I have. The correct hinge, 165A48 is no longer being produced from what I can gather(?) The hole spacing in the arm portion of the hinge is slightly off by mm. But since the original door had drilled and threaded holes for the screws 😭. Fortunately the base/mounting plate for perfectly. So I just used the base plate from the new hinge and kept the old arm portion. Works perfectly.
