  Seller listed the saw as including battery & charger. It came with just a battery. I had to go onto eBay and buy a separate charger. I confirmed that the ad showed that the seller had stated that it included the charger. I asked him to reimburse me for the cost of the battery charger that he did not send. He offered to have me return the saw and battery for a refund. I already bought a charger and i would have to repack and mail. I am a disabled vet. Too much hassle. I need it now. I give up.

  I purchased the battery and charger kit on July 28 and paid immediately after winning the bid. As of August, 21, I have not received the item. The seller sent me a message 8 days later on August 7 stating that the item had been forgotten behind a seat and I was asked if I wanted a refund. I replied letting the seller know that I want the item and to go ahead and ship. As of August 21, I have no item or refund. I messaged again requesting a refund. I will update if I receive.
