One of the best quality.
Scotch tape does what it claims and It is easy to use.

Very good, but plan of Winchester centre too small for quick reference.
Bought this primarily for use when visiting Winchester.
It is a handy size when travelling.
The presentation is clear and colours useful to clarify countryside and built-up areas.
I was disappointed that there was not a larger scale map of Winchester, the city, since the title suggested that Winchester was the main content.

A gripping social view of the reality of the battle of Waterloo.
This clever story, woven around the events of the battle of Waterloo, was first published in 1937. The accuracy of historical details reflects the in-depth research undertaken by Georgette Heyer.
Interwoven into the British military aspect is a subtle view of the social scene of the men and women in Brussels. Some were close to the Wellington circle,others on the periphery.
The author in her Preface Note points out that she presents a novel, not a detailed historical record.
The original book had maps enclosed, to guide the reader as the story unfolds. It would be helpful to readers to have at hand a map of the region, as modern paperback editions do not include that enclosure.
This book brings alive those memorable events, and deserves a 5 star rating.
