Great addition to my hardtail
Well made, lightweight yet strong and looks good on the bike. No instructions but all you really need is the picture and a bit of basic mechanical know how. The kit comes with the tools you need. Only took me about 15 minutes to fit, of which the first ten were spent just looking at the bike and the brackets to determine the best mounting points. Comes with guards to prevent panniers from hitting the wheel. Good rack.

Good size box and easy to fit
Really good quality bag at this price point. There is a little bit of assembly required but it is just a matter of sliding the reinforced components into position and fixing with the velcro. Took me two minutes with no instructions. The bag sits nicely on the bike but the straps proved insufficient to maintain wheel clearance for my 6.5kg dog. I substituted a couple of strap ties from an automotive shop and I now have a happy pup. I have front suspension so that might have caused the issue.
