Quality but 3/8-16 tripod attach.
Good quality tripod head but be aware that it threads to a 3/8-16 tripod, not a 1/4-20. There is no adapter.

Good product with easy installaion
Asked the company if this would fit the outer power mirror on a Ram 3500. They replied that there were two possible mirrors so I measured the mirror and they said to use this one.
Mirror arrived in good shape but NO instructions and their phone number didn't work, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
Fortunately YouTube has an installation video which was actually ridiculously easy. Pop the broken mirror out, snap in the new mirror. Takes 10 seconds, 30 if you are not sure what you are doing.
Mirror works great though maybe a bit more curvature than the original, which is fine.

Works but VERY large
The original starter capacitor was only 220VAC. This one is 450VAC and at least twice as big as the original one. It won't fit into the can attached to the motor. Works well but make sure to check the physical dimensions before you get one.
