Recorder works but the Dragon software is not as advertised

The Dragon software does NOT work with Windows 10 and the tech support is not very good. We installed the Dragon software into a older version of Windows and it worked but so far the dragon transcription is very poor. We are having to edit continuously. I would not recommend the product.
