Total convenience for Media centre

Excellent for use with a media centre, where you infrequently want a keyboard and mouse, but it takes up only space of a remote control on your coffee table. Keyboard is okay for large fingers. Mouse is understandably not too accurate - so mostly turned mouse off and used arrow keys on remote. Only problem was interference from USB3 ports - easily solved by using enclosed cable to move the USB dongle away from my Raspberry Pi.

Renting means not running ethernet cable...

Renting means not running ethernet cables through the walls ... but there is already power lines to the other end of the house. This kit, with a Wireless Access Point built in, easily extends wi-fi and ethernet coverage. Specs are always theoretical best-case and not possible in the real world, but powerline has done the job for me 6 years. I bought this to extend my existing kit to a 3rd location
