  Item not received. I contacted seller who did not reply. After 3 days I contacted Bay who stepped in and refunded my money. Thank you., This is second time I have had to ask Ebay to step in buying this particular product from different sellers. Perhaps Ebay could make more checks on sellers before they are allowed to offer this kind of product for sale and not keep their side of the bargain?
