I create a welcoming, safe space students look forward to returning to daily. 99% of my experiences here have been EXCELLENT, reflected in stellar reviews for sellers with over 190 mutually positive, genuine reviews for me. The 1% was an unprofessional seller unwilling to fairly resolve issues THEY CREATED and who continues to be vindictive bc they did not like factual feedback. I had to block them. Unless items are still new, never opened, sealed in original packaging . . . all defects / damage should be disclosed in writing so buyers can make an informed decision without being duped or forced to return everything else in the order that is okay. If you try to pass off broken / defective / junk items onto me, don't care if something is missing, or defraud / harrass me: You, Ebay, and others will hear about it.
