Best investment!
1 of 1 found this helpful LOVE this; have been researching and searching for a cast iron Dutch oven designed like this - the dual use of the lid as a skillet is smart and practical. I’ve always thought it a shame that you couldn’t utilise pot lids as pan too. And Lodge has a strong history of making cast iron goods.
It’s used almost daily in my kitchen. There was some excess oil staining but it details all the imperfection reasons in the Lodge manufacturers booklet that it comes with, which is helpful. So wasn’t concerned at all. And after seasoning a few times, it’s developing such a beautiful finish.
