Breathe right but pay through the nose
This is an excellent and effective product for improving nasal breathing and potentially reducing snoring but for a little strip of adhesive plastic it is a grossly overpriced. There are many much cheaper 'knock offs' on the market but they are less effective and you can't be sure how safe the adhesive is.
