DVD set was described as “New” but was not in sealed packaging, and discs 2&4 appear to have been polished. Both discs 2 & 4 have issues when played.I paid a premium price for this DVD set to ensure a premium product. The product I received fell well short of the premium product I expected.It was a full week after purchase before the seller posted the item , and it took two messages to the seller before they confirmed when they would post the item.Overall, not an enjoy EBay experience.

Z minus ...the lowest score I can give. The worst seller I have ever dealt with on eBay. Took me a month to get my item and I did contact them and basically they didn't care . Was advertised as brand new but had no outer packaging...was opened No apology. Just oh well ...or okay. So I think they should be banned from eBay . Just a disgrace

This seller is a real hit and miss, if they have it in stock it will arrive quickly, if they don't they will do nothing until you contact them, at that point they will tell you they cant find it and cancel the order. This particular sale, I emailed the day after purchase to be told it had been sent but was never marked sent. 2 weeks later and they agreed to send a replacement (with free tracking), the replacement arrived unwrapped & not brand new as advertised. I will spin the wheel again.....
