We have been proven to cost 50-70% less than new Apple machines and third party repair facilities. From consultation, maintenance, upgrade, and data transfer, we are able to provide a minimal cost solution for a fleet of machines, all while maintaining a modern advantage. We purchase our computers from large, reputable, and reliable wholesale suppliers who have verified their history - thoroughly testing and inspecting each machine. As a part of our Green Promise, all parts that are broken or not needed are responsibly recycled throughout our refurbishment process.

Seller illegally uses brand new, unused, USPS materials for "bubble wrap." This is theft of tax dollars from you and me.
Before posting feedback, I messaged seller to ask for their story about this, and response was a noncommittal brush-off: "We take your concerns very seriously and appreciate your time. Please feel free to reach out to eBay at the Help & Contact menu with any further concerns ..."
The trackpad (product purchased) was fine. The packaging was absolutely not.

I appreciate your concerns, and I want to assure you that Double Dex has consistently played a substantial role in contributing to the tax system. Over the past decade we have supported the postal system through significant postage payments. While I understand and acknowledge your frustration, perhaps redirecting your energy towards other causes with more pressing injustices would be a worthwhile consideration. This seller is a scam!! I bought an item that was never delivered because it was returned to sender! I communicated but no response!! I never got a refund even though i attached the tracking history that clearly shows that it was returned to the sender. They even relisted the item which i asked my wife to buy it and was successfully delivered but we paid the same item twice because i never get a refund from the first time i ordered it.

This order was delivered to your freight forwarder on Jan 26th, 4 days after you purchased it. Your comment is about a different order that was refused by your freight forwarder. We believe that this feedback is in violation of eBay policy as you must provide feedback on the item purchased not a separate order. Sellers beware this buyer as they leave a lot of negative feedbacks. We did not scam you, this order was shipped and received. But we now have you and your dupe account blocked.
