Best book I have ever read!

Currently on my 3rd reread- I work in mental health services in the UK, with a particular interest (for want of a better word) in trauma. Paradigm shifting, fantastic book! I am an avid follower of all of Dr Van Der Kolk’s work! Couldn’t put it down
