This is the 2nd one I’ve bought from you but it doesn’t work properly. I borrowed my friends identical one and it works on my hose and pool system but yours doesn’t. I am Very familiar with these pool vacuums and I guarantee it has been set up correctly. Can I please have a refund or a new one. Happy for you to have the one you just sent back again.
