I’ve been a buyer and seller for 22 years. Up until today, I have never received a negative evaluation for any of the other 14 items I’ve previously sold. However, the purchaser of my Birkenstock leather sandals, appears to be a rookie that has little experience as a purchaser. Unfortunately, I cannot alter the evaluation I gave the Purchaser after the sale closed.
