It is convenient to have 2 short cables to connect the computers to the VGA switch box. It would be difficult to stow 6 foot cables in the space available. This enables sharing one monitor between 2 computers. Without the switch one had to turn off both, and the monitor, to move the monitor VGA cable to the other computer, since there is a small risk of damage if hot-swapped. The USB mouse and keyboard can be safely hot-swapped. The computers are running BOINC's Einstein at Home and WCG cancer.

Keeps my Canon BJC-210 going.
If the ink works as well as that of a very similar kit, the Ko-Rec-Type Fillz-All, it will work well in Canon BC-05 colour cartridges, and the colours will be the same as the Canon original as far as an amateur home user like myself can distinguish. Fillz-All is no longer made and I am glad to be able to get this one. I have not tried it yet but the ink has neither dried out nor evapourated in the bottles.

Using it to play DVD movies on an IBM NetVista 6270, 512 MB RAM, 733 MHz. Played some movies very well indeed, but had trouble with others, maybe because those disks had intricate menu features - scene selection etc. Used MS CONFIG (XP sp3) to temporarily disable some startup programs and services to allow more available RAM to Sonic and things went better. Learned that the computer likes one to close the disk tray, and then reopen it, before inserting a disk. Otherwise does not find the disk.
