Above and beyond what I expected. Awesome job!!!
I wrote to Nick about the main board I needed repaired (sound) and had some issues with a few capacitors which I had no idea if this was the problem with the sound. He answered me the same day and assured me that he would replace the capacitors. So I mailed in my board.
Ashley and Nick did an awesome job keeping me informed of the progress through the testing and repair stage...and the final inspection and testing...and even the shipping.
The board arrived quicker than expected and the capacitors I had issues with were replaced-just as Nick promised.
I am very happy with the service I received with Nick and his staff and I would highly recommend him.
