Teaches you how to set up your pantry and gives you a great sampling of recipes

Having recently had to cut out gluten and dairy, this book is a lifesaver for me as a baker. It presents new challenges and gives me better ideas about how to grasp what gluten free baking is. The beginning of the book suggests staples for your pantry, which I've never seen in another cookbook and is honestly so helpful. Definitely would recommend.
