seam is bad
filter came open at the seam. who knows how long it went open and thus allowing dust into the engine

good value
The quality is of questionable value, but if you're careful opening the door near the lock where the latch is, i can see the handle material not bending as much and lasting longer. For the price, I'd buy another.
