    Seller refunded my money because of the listing, but I explained to him why I needed the locomotive and it wasn’t because of what shell was on it. I was using it for another product. I highly recommend the seller to anyone. He’s quick on shipping packaging very well item as described, and he has a good price

    Wrong item was shipped. Seller asked me to purchase the unbranded, mis-delivered item for $40. Seller wanted me to pay return shipping on the wrong item. Difficult resolution! Seller finally sent a mere 9% refund on my reorder of the $60 original item. Didn't even offer free shipping. Poor customer service! I cannot recommend this seller!

    I said 5 times I was very sorry and made a mistake and I tried to correct it as fast as I could. I NEVER asked you to pay for shipping. I said that I would send you a returd label and I did. I gave you a discount You know what this does to my rating out of all the good feed backs I receive. Please remove it. I’m sure alot of people have read it. I am still Sorry that it did not go perfect. DP

    This seller is excellent. The locomotive is new condition as described in the original box with factory paperwork. Seller took great care in packaging the item for transit, and it arrived safely in perfect condition to a new home. This item is well worth the "price of admission". Thank you for a nice transaction!
