Perfect retrofit.
Great price and vintage value. I bought 4 to reoutfit my floor tom and my bass drum-mounted cymbal holder. Excellent quality.

Great alternative to electronic cymbal pads.
This cymbal set can be used for practice, as it was designed. However, it can also be used in live applications where low volume is essential. It will not get above highly amplified instruments, but is perfect for backing vocalists with light instrumentation behind them. It has the advantage over electronic cymbals, as the feel and dynamic capabilities are more realistic.

Inexpensive and flexible.
This boom extension is a very affordable alternative to microphone stands in a home studio. I used two of them to replace floor boom stands in order to save floor space. They stay in place, as long as you position them properly. I would reccomend this product.
