    The item was as it was pictured. The seller listed it as a Bose QuietComfort 35 ii, but it was the original Bose QuietComfort 35. I had asked the seller how old the item was and the seller said 3 years, but it was actually 9 years old. The item works well. But when you are expecting something different, it leaves you dissatisfied and disappointed. I asked the seller for a resolution, and I was offered to keep it, or return it. But seller is at this point unwilling to pay for return shipping.
