  Seller used a generic clause like “item may have scuffs, fading, imperfections, etcetera” but was not specific to the item I purchased. The jacket showed far more wear than I was expecting and it was not adequately captured by photos in my opinion. Seller was argumentative when I contacted him and did not apologize. Furthermore seller blocked me, preventing me from messaging him, making the whole thing more difficult and time consuming. I believe this seller will benefit from additional training

  Buyer waited almost 1 full month before saying the pre-owned item didn't match the description, I argued as there is zero valid reasoning it should take that long to decide it didn't match the pics. Every issue they pointed out was shown in zoomable pics (which per my description match exactly what they said was wrong). Buyer got a full refund and I told them to keep the item without having to return it. They were blocked from bidding on future auctions, not for preventing communication
