Happy with My Ring 2
I installed the Ring 2 a few days ago and it does what I needed it to do. My only complaint is that when the notice pops up about how many days I have left in my free 30-day trial, nothing happens when I click on the "Learn More". This is frustrating.

This video is exactly what I expected from Paul Lamb. The instruction is very clear. The introduction, warmup, and cool down segments are the same on all of the videos I've bought so far but one can fast forward to reach the actual instruction on the form. Every part is covered in great detail three times. Fortunately there is a section at the end where you can see and follow him as he performs the whole form.
