SPORTS FUEL PREMIUM PROTEIN - WHEY CASEIN MATRIX BLEND - 1kg (Double Chocolate)
20 August 2018
Recommended amount doesn't mix well with water
Pros: - It's a cheap, temporary protein powder if you're strapped for cash - Included scoop - Nice on the eye packaging - Resealable Cons: - The label states "one rounded cup for 250ml", however it really does not mix well at all. (I tried one cup with 500ml & 600ml of powder, alot of the powder didn't mix, it staying isolated or sank, a drink where you can feel the powder isn't a nice drink.) - The flavour isn't great, I expected chocolate (titled flavour) but it's more of a pre-prepared brownie/cake doughy taste. - The three times I have mixed this powder, it has upset my stomach, so be wary of this. (I read online & heard from PT's that this is a side effect of "cheap" powders) If you're looking for a quick, cheap protein powder, look no further, this is the option, but if you have the cash and want a decent protein, I would suggest doing a little more research, watching reviews etc. on different more expensive powders.
