  I have received my parcel it took a while to arrive but great communication the seller has contacted me to ask if I have received my parcel yet and was very kind, as the description that’s what I have received it looks exactly it’s not the best quality but I suppose it does the job however the seller said if any issues contact me I definitely recommend the seller

  Item arrived but packaging was busted, torn and in very bad condition. The item inside was broken. Avri the courier in my opinion have a bad reputation do not respect people's parcels. On contacting the seller with photos I was offered 20% off the price but I did not take matter further as I had a bereavement in the family. If the above did not happen then the experience with the seller was positive.

  Arrived smashed up. Weren't packed properly at all. They refused to pay for postage to return them as ebay say they should do. Really awful company to deal with. Cost me over £30 to send them back They didn't even send the right product to start with. Ad says 600w and sent out 800w. This company is shockingly bad in every way possible.

  The bag arrived intact and in first class condition despite packaging and zip lock bag containing the bag both being torn. A lovely spacious bag. I had not realised there was additional moveable partitioning pieces enclosed! Fantastic value. Great quality. Looks very smart and professional and I would happily buy more of the same!
