No advice actual or documentary provided by Dresdex or their agent on disposition of goods, other than a con note number where tracking provided is minimal and ineffective. Dispute communication with Dresdex is met only with fantasy world beliefs, belligerence, and an unwavering belief that the customer is wholly at fault for all their supply short comings. Better earbuds available.
Uncomfortable earbuds & poor sound. They fall out of your ears very easily.
