New Replacement Transponder Blank Key Case Shell- H84 for Ford

Good luck getting it open

My case broke over time, but the key and chip were still good. I bought one of these thinking it would come in 2 pieces (the case would not be snapped together). When I tried to pry it apart, first with my nails, then with a knife, and finally with a screwdriver, it simply tore the plastic all to shreds - and I never did get it open. These particular ones are good if you are cutting a new key, because you can slide your chip inside (although personally I am not crazy about the fact that it theoretically could fall out under the right conditions - and then you're up the creek). But, if you are simply needing a new case as I was, to put your existing key and chip into, this is not what you're looking for. I finally did successfully purchase one off ebay that came in 2 halves (make sure you ask the seller in advance if they can fill this requirement because often times the ones being sold are already snapped together and the jaws of life can't get them apart without destroying them). This particular key is great (5 star) for certain scenarios, and very bad (1 star) for others. I'll split the difference and give it 3. I hope this helps someone - I was a bit of a doofus thinking it would come in the opened position. Cheers.

Simplicity thrown out the window in lieu of features

This is the most difficult clock radio to use I have ever owned. If you do not have the manual handy, you can pretty much forget about programming or operating it. Clock radios are almost universally simple to understand, but you'll need a Ph.d for this one. I personally would not give 5 cents for another one at a flea market. Once you do get it up and running, god forbid the power ever goes out and the backup battery drains. Out will come the manual and 20 minutes of your life. It's literally that complicated. The least of it's issues, and I do mean the least, is that the display is only viewable pretty much from straight on; forget about looking at it at an angle. I could still live with that, but the time consuming nature of setting the clock - which you'll be hard pressed to remember, is just not worth it. I've been ready to throw this thing out the window many times. One day I will!

Much better than its counterpart

Song selection much better than its counterpart, and the remixes are far more interesting in general. This one is where they should have chosen 7 tracks, but skimped out at only 5. While still not probably the best choice for casual listeners, it's not a bad choice. However if you're not a huge fan, you'll likely be reselling it sooner than later. Great choice for fans. No issue with audio quality.
