Working Product..Outdated (Extra) software
1 of 1 found this helpful The product itself works great. It's even compatible with Windows 10 Hello. So I have no complaints about the product. It runs smoothly and perfectly every time. However, if I was to be picky. The extra (non-essential) software for some cool sounding extras is no longer supported by the parent company of this product and can no longer be installed. The specific software is "TrueSuite Software" and the parent company "Authentec" is no longer in business...since 2012. Kind of disappointing to find this out, but this can be circumvented by installing other 3rd party biometric software.

Not bad...not bad at all
1 of 1 found this helpful Easy to use and really good picture. Just plug it in and it starts working. Simply unplug and it stops. I found out that it records in 3 minute intervals. This is so it has files to delete as the memory fills up. But it can be a little extra work if you want to watch what you recorded in one long video. You'd have to piece the different files together yourself. Small inconvenience. The pin hole camera is kind of obvious. But to anyone not suspecting there to be a camera, it can easily be overlooked. Although to anyone with an inquisitive mind, they may wonder why there is a hole in the middle of the charger, but like I said it can be easily overlooked by most. This is well worth it because of the great price for such a nifty gadget. I recommend this.
