Make your own Whiskey
2/3 cup of the mild toasted chips in 1.75 L of 80 proof grain alcohol (vodka) aged 6 days gives you the same amber color and oak taste as Jack Daniels whiskey when you add 1 tea spoon of pure maple syrup. Note Jack Daniels mellows their whiskey by filtering it through charcoal made from sugar maple tree wood.
