    The poster was not shipped in a proper poster tube. The post office creased and mangled it.

    Shipped in thick cardboard poster tube made for shipping, unfortunately no package is indestructible. First time in 20yrs of selling that a poster was damaged in shipment. I have no control over mishandling in transit. Replied to buyer's message about damage within 1 hour. Buyer had already left neg feedback & never replied to my message for pics of the damaged tube to start a shipping claim.

Great Value
This was a great set of Halo merchandise! The only disappointing item is the small solid green water bottle that doesn’t even say Halo anywhere on it. It looks like something from the dollar store. I was really impressed with the zip bag the water bottle came in though, it’s nicely designed I would make a great pencil case or toiletry bag. I mainly bought this for the messenger bag, which is nice to use as a purse but it does look like a kid’s bag because of the size and bright color, especially because the strap is so short, even when it’s fully extended.

Useless as a hand towel
It's useless as a functioning hand towel. It's incredibly thin, and has no absorbency. When I try to wipe my wet hands on it, the water just seems to sit there, or trickle off, so my hands stay wet and I need a real towel to dry them. For $1 it makes a cute decoration, but that's about it.
