Better than stock fluid in C7 manual transmission

Was hoping to eliminate the "crunch" on the first few shifts on a cold C7 Corvette manual (yes, this is used in their manual transmission) with this fluid. While not eliminated, it is better and when hot, shifts are butter smooth. I'm satisfied!
