Affordable dual zone induction cooker with bench saving layout.
This hard to find, bench saving layout works well for installation alongside an existing ceramic unit or as a standalone installed appliance. (Hardwired connection type.) I found the user controls on this model simple and audible alerts pleasantly quiet. The front heat zone is generously spaced from the touch switches but this somewhat compromises the space for larger pans in the rear zone. The overall unit noise is slightly greater than my previous (different branded) unit and I attribute this to high powered, rapid cycle operation compared to the lower power, longer active cycles of the previous cooker. (When comparing at the same setting.) Obvious advantages over the ceramic type are rapid, efficient cooking and far less residual heat at switch off. This unit fulfills the brief without the hefty price tag.
