  I absolutely can’t say enough good things about my experience buying an AC unit from Dr. John. I had an issue getting it to run, so I sent him a message through ebay. Rather than deal with that messaging platform, he took the trouble to find my contact info on the web and CALLED me. We talked through my issue and he had something for me to try in just a few minutes. He insisted that it wasn’t just my problem; it was our problem, and that he wouldn’t rest until I was satisfied. 5 stars!
