Gotta love Pink
As she gets older her voice is getting richer and more amazing. Pink is an artist that makes any song better. She brings an exhuberance that's quite special in any performer. If you don't start tapping your fingers hand or foot to these songs, you're already dead. In this album she is a contrast, somwhere between the sneering rocker that Joan Jett embodies, but mellowed by the sweet, almost shy, yet driving, gritty soul of Janis Joplin. So what immediately jumps to the top of the all time great break-up songs, while, Please don't leave me, will have people singing this song about their lost loves for a long time to come. We've been waiting for quite a while for this album, and it doesn't fail to justify the wait. You go girl.
