Good Product
I installed the alternator code, added a diode, and it works great. Charges the battery when the engine is running, and doesn't drain it when it's not running.

The Icom 735 is a great little Amateur Transceiver.
This is a great performing antique radio. With a little patience, research and tlc it can be made into a long-lasting transceiver with good reports.
Many of this model suffer from long term shifts in component values, but in my experience there is very little parts replacement - mostly adjustments, cleaning and fine tuning. Also replacement of major components is still possible by searching the classified ads.
I have owned and still own several of this model.

SolvedMy Problem!
My automatic transmission (AOD) started skipping 2nd. After I added Slick 50 it immediately started doing better, and after a few miles it now works perfectly.
