Kathy Cooks....Naturally by Kath Hoshijo (1981, Paperba
I love this book so much that this is my third copy since I got my first one in the '80's as a gift. I like Kathy's editoralizing throughout the book as well as sharing her storehouse of knowledge, but most of all, I like her huge variety of recipes from a vegetarian viewpoint. What I don't like about it, is the cheap quality of paper, which is kind of like newsprint and is why I'm on my third copy now. My others became waterdamaged. Fortunately, it's still easy to pick up a used copy at a very low price.

Out-of-this world.
Easy to read with an up-to-date translation, and intriguing subject matter. A very attractive paperback as to size, cover, and print.
