  seller didnt pay the proper postage so i was charged an additional 3.75 on top of the 4 i had already been charged for shipping and had to chase the package down...

  What he was concerned about was, that I didn’t pay for tracking but did send it as soon as purchased and paid for postage. Rather than communicate with me about the problem with tracking he chose to leave negative feedback. Evidently he contacted usps to locate package & was charged extra.
