Samson SR850 Professional Semi-open Studio Reference Monitoring Headphones

Excellent for mixing

If your just looking to listen to music then these are not for you. The semi open back allows for a perfect reference sound when mixing. I used to use a pair of sony closed backs and I have to say that these are much better for mixing my audio. If your a mixing engineer on a budget these are perfect!

Better than expected

Both controllers work great. Minor cosmetic dings but not too noticable. Great price for good working products.

Bigger than expected

Okay so the item is exactly as it is described and the isolation factor is great. It is on the heavy side, but totally workable. Reviews which say this thing is small are simply untrue, this thing is a beast. I'm totally happy with it. I'd recommend to anyone looking for an isolation shield.
