exact replacement
New product, shipped quickly and received w/in a week. Also learned in my research that these should be cleaned with muriatic acid annually to prevent salt buildup inside the unit, which caused them to burn up every few (3-4) years.

It's ok
The metal stand is flimsy and weak, but seems to hold up when in use. Everything arrived in less than a week, with stand + wood dowel, 300' freezer paper roll, and tape dispenser with roll of tape as advertised. I bought it for $63 new, because of the better value than the higher usual price.

Good product, but a little pricey
Fits like a glove over the HX40 radio, and seems sturdy enough for sea duty. Arrived within the week of ordering.
