It's about time!
Why in the world did it take 35 years to release this soundtrack??? If you're a fan of this classic neo noir film, then you undoubtably realize the importance Jack Nitzche's beautiful and hauntingly evocative music to the success of the film. This finally-released CD of the soundtrack includes all the variations of the main theme that were used throughout Cutter & Bone/Cutter's Way. And as a bonus, three tracks of Jack's original piano demos are also included. If you love this film -- and if you've seen it, chances are you love it -- then you must have this CD.
