Terrible to use
5 of 6 found this helpful Produces decent output and has the features I wanted (scanning & printing, duplex printing was a bonus).
However, the user interface is catastrophically bad. It is cumbersome to perform even simple tasks like scan-to-email, and the ability to save presets (eg: an icon to scan & send to a predefined email address) barely helps since there are "yes/no" prompts at pretty much every point.
Since I only want to print or scan maybe once a month, I can live with it, but if I had to use this on a daily basis I would have taken it back and bought something else (or thrown it out the window in frustration).
