About
I'm generally here to buy musical gear and random other "toys". I'm a sucker for nerdery and gadgetry, and I collect vintage items as art. I live here. I may have a problem. Thanks for your business, all !!

Five Stars, a mini head to be proud of.
This head is terrific. It's pristine to classic Marshall pushed cleans and excellent dirty channel which can go from near JMP to Super Lead to near JCM800 gain levels, and it loves a Tube Screamer just as any bigger Marshall would.
It sounds exactly as it should, a British tone machine.
At 15 loud watts, it is way beyond "basement" volume constraints- it could probably hold its own with a 100w SS bass rig + drummer for classic rock to blues to jazz, and would be excellent in a recording situation for any style including hard rock and punk, & with an overdrive, even metal.
Still using the stock tubes, into a V30 rig.
Excellent value and tone, a small 15w Five Star amplifier worth having on hand as a backup, home rig, recording head, or small gig rig, especially if you want a range of classically Marshall tones or don't have a huge Marshall to blast.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & would buy again.
