Trying to arrange postage was very difficult. Went through ebay first, no response. Tried to call, couldn't get through. Sent email, no response. Finally managed to get through on phone. Arranged and paid for postage. A couple of weeks later it still hadn't been sent. When it finally did get sent it was just within the 30 day money back period, which meant when it did arrive it was outside that window.
Finally the bolts didn't go through the holes provided. We had to make holes bigger to fit.

Very poor on the delivery front. Ebay store indicates a certain delivery timeframe, which was necessary for the job I had to do. That delivery time came and passed. Ignored ebay comms, but one response to a direct email request on timeframes. But even that was poor (said it had been sent, but creating the tracking doc is not the same as sending). All up, almost four weeks to get the thing out of their door. Set up realistic expectations up front with customers, and we can work around your timing
