One of the best purchases!
This is my second unit. It's rare that products work better than you hoped but that's what Dyson has provided in this appliance.

I expected more
Both the dryer and flat iron work ok but I expected more. The plastic heats up too much to touchthe tip, which effect how you can control and get a good grip to straighten the hair using the flat iron. The dryer seems to lack consistency and the heat fluctuates and does remain at the set temperature for the full blow dry cycle.
