My go to bits for cutting Lauan.
I use these all the time to cut up 1/4" (.203) Lauan with a CNC. And they last a long time. Drive them at 0.12 DoC at 60IPM. My go to bits for cutting Lauan.

HY 2.2KW Water-cooled Spindle
Good quality. That depends. This is a replacement spindle for one that failed after about a year of service. It shorted out internally. Just quit mid-job. I got the extended warrenty with this one. Otherwise, I love the water-cooled spindle. The price is reasonable and it runs very quiet. The vacuum is must louder. Would I buy another one? Hopefully, I won't have too.

Good quality? Maybe, maybe not.
Good quality? Maybe, maybe not. The controllers seem to have a high failure rate. The batteries have a relatively short life. These were purchased to replace some I had on hand.
