Good value for price
This is a good value for the price, if you want the flexibility of an inflatable kayak. It rides well on the water, although I would be hesitant to take it out on the bay or in open water. Lakes and protected areas are perfect. I have not been able to get an electric pump to work for this, but even with the manual pump that it comes with, you can inflate and have it on the water in about 15-20 min. The most challenging part of this kayak is deflating it and getting it completely dry before storing. Without an automatic deflator, there is always air trapped inside which makes it almost impossible to fit and stow in the carrying bag. As you would expect, it does not feel as solid as a hard kayak. The portability is a trade-off and worth it, imo.
