Excellent knowledge, easy to read!

I’m a vegan, so by adding “Naked Pea” protein, I’m getting all my amino acids and nutrients necessary for my life choice of healthy eating. Which, by the way, dropped my cholesterol 95 points, without taking medications. Love this book!
