Suitable for qualitative monitoring

SpO2 values can fluctuate with finger position. Although not as steady as a (much more expensive) medical-grade device, values seem consistent long-term. Pulse value agrees well with my FitBit, so I wait for a steady value of SpO2 with a correct pulse reading and clean waveform. I got this primarily to watch for large drops in SpO2 as a COVID-19 symptom, and it is fine for that.
